About the Company
Multiply Capital Management Limited (MCML or the Firm) is a specialized and/or alternative
investment management firm established with the primary objective of setting up, operating and
managing various investment funds, such as private equity, venture capital and other asset
classes that fall under private capital. Thus, the Firm offers investors a unique opportunity to
co-invest with a seasoned best-in-class ground team is determined as well as committed to
generate attractive financial returns to its investors. Concurrently, the Firm also hopes to contribute
to building Nepal’s path to prosperity by spurring the country’s economic growth and creating
employment to Nepalese people.
By pooling capital with investors, MCML plans to setup a Nepal focused PE fund (the Fund). The
Fund will invest in various companies/businesses of Nepalese private sector.
