About the Company
Minerva Investment Company Pvt. Ltd. is a privately owned enterprise based in Kathmandu, Nepal. The Company is currently planning the development of a luxury/upper-upscale resort of international standards, named Pomona Hill Resort & Spa. The resort is expected to be operated by a globally recognized international hospitality brand.
To facilitate the development, Minerva, through an affiliated entity, has acquired 31.21 Ropani of land located in Ward No. 1, Mandan Deupur Municipality. The Company has recently completed design, architectural planning, cost estimation, and other preparatory activities. The Construction of the project is underway and simultaneously, the company is in the process of identifying and selecting a globally reputed operator to manage the resort.
