Aviyan Investment Group of Nepal Limited hereby informs all founder shareholders that, in accordance with the applicable provisions and the decision of the Board of Directors, a final notice has been issued regarding the sale and purchase of founder shares held by the company’s founder shareholders.

Founder shareholders who wish to purchase the available founder shares are requested to submit a written application along with the required supporting documents to the company’s registered office within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice.

If no application is received from eligible founder shareholders within the specified period, the company will proceed with the necessary process in accordance with prevailing laws, regulations, and company policies.

All concerned founder shareholders are requested to take note of this notice and complete the required procedures within the stipulated timeframe.
