Aviyan Group has strengthened its presence in Nepal’s energy sector with the addition of (46 MW) to its growing hydropower portfolio through the Super Seti Khola Hydropower Project. The Super Seti Khola Hydropower Project (46 MW) project, located in Saipal Rural Municipality of Bajhang District, Sudurpaschim Province Nepal will be developed through Sunstar Energy Pvt Ltd. which is now under the full ownership of Aviyan Group. This milestone reflects the Group’s continued commitment to investing in Nepal’s renewable energy sector and supporting the country’s hydropower development.

Following the ownership transition, a new management team has been formed, with Mr. Baburam Thapa serving as Chairman and Mr. Buddhalal Shrestha serving as a Member of the Board of Directors (BOD). The new leadership will guide the project through its development phases and contribute to the successful implementation of the hydropower sector.

The addition of the Super Seti Khola Hydropower Project (46MW) represents a significant step in Aviyan Group’s long-term vision of expanding clean energy investments and creating sustainable value for stakeholders while contributing to Nepal’s energy sector and economic growth.
