Aviyan Group successfully organized an Orientation & Motivational Program on 29 & 30 Shrawan 2083 at Lemon Tree Premier, Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu, bringing together team members for an inspiring and engaging learning experience focused on personal growth, leadership, communication, and workplace excellence.

The program featured insightful sessions from the likes of experienced motivational speakers, leadership trainers, and learning and development professionals such as Dr. Bishnu Prasad Gautam, Mr. Nara Bahadur Karki and Ms. Pooja Dangol which provided an excellent platform for employees to gain new perspectives, strengthen their professional skills, and reflect on their roles within the organization. Through a combination of motivational talks, leadership lessons, and practical workplace guidance, the sessions encouraged everyone to Inspire, Empower, and Achieve.

Moreover, a comprehensive discussion among the departmental heads took place for brainstorming on the Departmental Terms of Reference (TOR) and an interaction programme between the corporate office and site office was also held to bridge the communication gap and improve collaboration.
